Your Order Return and Refund Rights

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase please note our products are made to order we ask that you order the correct size. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products without defects or due to a wrong color/size being ordered. Though rare, an item might get mislabeled, damaged, misprinted, or defective. If that occurs, please contact us immediately (within seven (7) days of accepting the delivery of your order. Be sure to describe or provide a picture of the damaged goods. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

We will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. The product returned must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable), undamaged, and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund of the original purchase price. we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition.

Conditions for Eligible returns

To receive a refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or unsuitable, we won't be able to refund you. We will reimburse You no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact for a return address. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
